- Tubos e Conexões Tigre is the largest Latin American
manufacturer of PVC pipes and fittings for civil construction with operations
in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Chile and Bolivia.
- Finenge's Role: In 1996, Finenge advised Tigre in raising
US$54 million from an international syndication of banks led by IFC.
- Results: The Company was able to carry on its investment
program of US$185 million, and to implement its commercial strategy
by gaining market share in Latin America. |
