- Satipel is a major supplier of particleboard for the furniture
industry.
- Finenge´s Role: Finenge advised Satipel to raise US$25 million from
IFC.
- Results: Upon project completion, Satipel completed
its modernization and expansion program at Uberaba and
Taquari plants. In addition, Satipel refinanced its existing
debt at longer tenor, made environmental facilities upgrades,
and further invested in replanting. |
