- Finenge's Role: In 1999, Finenge advised Fras-le in implementing
a capital structure to properly raise US$15 million equity
and USD$20 million debt from IFC.
- Results: The Company successfully implemented its financial restructuring
and modernized its facilities as part of the US$117 million
